Service Description

In this service, a detailed hands-on hair analysis is performed to better understand the condition your hair is in. We will discuss your at home care of hair products in conjunction with the salon products used. Establishment of client-to-stylist relationship. All New Clients MUST undergo a consultation to avoid damages or compromise of his/her hair.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling are not permitted within 1 day of the appointment time. If so, client will be charged 50% of service requested as an inconvenience fee. Clients looking to cancel that have been previously scheduled 1-2 months in advance will be charged the full amount of service as an inconvenience fee.
